Late afternoon sun made for some beautiful Okavango scenary

bruce: Bruce Paton and Kerry Rolls are sailing around the world. 2010 we bought a 1996 40 foot Adams monohull called Haven ,sailed Sydney to Brisbane , lived aboard while doing 1 month of RYA sailing courses, upgraded Haven with new motor,HF, VHF,CHARTPLOTTER,ais, RIB,15hp outboard, liferaft & Hydrovane. 2011 easter-departed our homeport Lake Macquarie,newcastle to sail to DARWIN ,for the SAIL INDONESIA RALLY,July - Oct.then SAIL MALAYSIA RALLY EAST, Singapore to langkawi. 2012 SAIL MALAYSIA RALLY EAST,down to Singapore,up east coast,across to BORNEO,SARAWAK,BRUNEI,SABAH,miri to kinabalu yacht races, to rally finnish in SANDAKAN.NEXT STOP Palawan - PHILIPPINES.Then Singapore, up to Phuket,THAILAND,by Nov,for refit. 2013 we completed refit(watermaker,new water tanks,antifoul,paint mast,new genoa, rigging, inner furler etc),then off to SIMILANS & ANDAMANS in Feb.March= west coast PHUKET,then PHANG NGA BAY, MALACCA STRAIT to PUTERI MARINA,opp Singapore. .we flew to SRI LANKA for 2 weeks,then home to Australia by Easter,for family,work,2nd grandchild. this year we plan to sail to south Africa via sunda strait,cocos keeling,rodriuges,mauritius,reunion and madagascar
